Link Building
Posted on 8:49 AM by K.Praveen
Link building is the process where you go out to other sites on the internet and through various methods (many of them are free) and gets them to link to one of your site's pages. This can be done in several ways.
Here are just a few examples:
Link exchanges – these used to be all the rage and ran fine a few years ago. You simply ask for a site owner to link to your site and offer to do the same for them.
Article Marketing – each time you write and submit an article to an article directory or another site, you are including an author's resource box with a link to your site. That is a link building strategy – a really good in fact that I am devoted two lessons in my link building class 13 week.
Guest blogging – do you remember when Nicole came into their tour guest blogging this past summer? She gained a lot of exposure and traffic, but also a lot of powerful links to various pages on your site. Guest blogging is another great link building strategy.
Link to me page — something as simple as creating a page on your blog or website which tells people how they can link back to you can be effective over time. You'll be surprised at how many fans of your site like to help spread the word for you, but don't realize that they can call you.

If you would like to learn more, I invite you to take my class of link building that will cover these strategies were beginner and more in great detail.
Because it is important that the link building
But why do you have to worry about building links in the first place? Let me answer that question with another question. You could use some more traffic, more people to your website and, therefore, more subscribers and more customers? I'm sure you could, I know I can.
Link building is like visitors and search engines will find you in the first place. I think back in an hour (maybe even today) when they were surfing the Web, going from page to page, clicking links and come across some things really pure. You would not have found these sites to other sites do not link to those.
Most importantly though, incoming links will help you move up in the search engine rankings. Let's say you sell an eBook about underwater basket weaving. Just imagine the amount of traffic and how many buyers you could get to your website if you were the first page to appear on Google anytime someone types "underwater basket weaving".
Link building is one of those things that should always be in your mind and more importantly is something you should do on a regular basis. Let me share with you how I go about building links and how I was able to accumulate more than 70,000 links pointing to just one of my niche sites.
